Meet Tammy
My photography journey started when I was just a kid. My father handed me a Hasselblad and told me to “figure it out” so I could take pictures of the family and our dairy farm. It was only after I graduated from Texas Christian University that I decided to make photography a passion AND a profession.
I started my photography career by working with another local photographer, before opening Locations Photography myself. Since then, Locations Photography has spent the last 20 years creating long lasting memories for families, seniors, businesses, and schools all over the DFW metroplex.
How have I kept Improving?
I am always learning new things when it comes to photography. Throughout my career, I have joined multiple professional photographer organizations, even becoming president of the Texas Professional Photographers Association in the past. In those organization I earned accreditations such as the Photographic Craftsman degree, as well as the title of Master of Photography. Even today I am always looking up articles and videos to try something new or be more efficient.
Meet Wes
I have always been a creative minded person, but I got my start in photography after sitting in on a photojournalism course before joining the yearbook staff at my highschool. I got into photography to help the people like me, who are not always the most photogenic, get pictures they are truly happy with. Whether that is a Senior or a newborn session, my goal is making our clients happy.
When I'm not taking photos, I'm usually either spending time with my wife, Madison, or learning more about photography and how to grow creatively. I am always learning how I can imporve myself and my skills to deliver an even better product than the last.
