Picture Day FAQs

How does the Picture Day Process work?: We provide a “hassle-free” picture day! We’re organized and we start on time and stay on time. You will have your choice of Pre-Pay or No Hassle Proof Program. There will be multiple set ups and photographers available, will depend on amount of students in school. We will pay extra attention to special needs children and retouching available for Portraits for nominal charge. If you offer a Spring Portrait Program for additional Fundraising, Locations Photography offers a great variety of unique promotions to choose from. Ask for more details.
Can you do Class photos along with Individuals?: Yes! We have the equipment and expertise to handle photographs of any group size. These are perfect for recognition and wall displays for 8th and 12 grade graduating classes, or any other student or faculty groups. We can also take group panoramic photos. Participants will have the opportunity to purchase photos for their own use and your yearbook will get copies for publication. We offer a wide variety of group photo and composite styles. Custom graphics are available in school colors and can feature your school mascot, logo, or crest.
What are your Fundraising options?: Our Portrait programs can help meet your Fundraising objectives. We provide generous rebates back to your school from portrait sales. In fact, we’re confident you’ll earn MORE with our program than what you’re getting now from your current photographer.

Scholastic Sports

We offer outstanding quality and service to student athletes. From team photos to individual player portraits and posters; we have it all! Players will appreciate our exciting graphic style photos and parents will like our reasonable pricing. Even your coaches will appreciate our fast and efficient picture management with minimizes the time required to do photos.

We will provide your yearbook staff with complimentary digital files of all the teams we photograph, as well as any sport action shots we might take. If you also do a printed season program, we’ll be happy to provide individual player and coaching staff photos for the publication without charge. The head coach of each team will also receive a complimentary team photo.

High School Seniors

Senior Year is an important milestone in a student’s life. You can trust us to provide quality portraiture services for your school, your seniors, and their parents. Yearbook portrait images will be provided with uniform lighting and head sized using a studio style formal background. Ask about background colors available. If you prefer a more casual approach to the portraits illustrating your Senior Section, please let us know.

Senior Portraits shouldn’t be glorified underclass photos. These are special portraits and they deserve the attention to detail that only a professional photographer can provide. We’ll work to capture the real personality of each Senior. We want every Senior to be proud of their yearbook portrait. We have several different portrait sessions to choose from and for every budget. Our most basic session provides a variety of poses on standard background. We also offer more comprehensive sessions which offer more extensive selection of poses, backgrounds, and outfits. In some cases, outdoor portraits may be available. There is something for both formal and casual Senior looks. If you are more interested in our different Senior options, please ask!

Picture Day Safety!

Yes, you can safely have a Picture Day ! It’s true! You CAN have a SAFE Picture Day. Our CONTACT FREE process will allow your students to be photographed while mitigating risks to personal health. Parents still want to capture photo memories of their children, and you still need photos for Yearbooks & School Records. Best of all, we can do the photography indoors OR OUTDOORS at your location, or we can arrange for an alternate site that’s close-by. Parents of REMOTE-ONLY learners can safely participate by scheduling a PRIVATE appointment time. They can come, have all their children photographed, and be out within 5-10 minutes. There’s NO standing in line and NO personal contact. They can even bring their other children NOT enrolled there, which can enhance your REBATE dollars.
